Shipping policy
We currently offer shipping within Canada and to the United States.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. All available tracked shipping options and rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before tax):
- Free shipping to Canada: Expedited Parcel (takes up to 14 business days, tracked and insured up to $100)
- Free shipping is not available during sale periods.
We offer Free Local Delivery within 10 km of our warehouse on orders over $50 (before tax).
You will find this option under "shipping" in the checkout if your location qualifies for delivery. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.
