Cashmere Velvet is a delicate lace-weight yarn made of brushed cashmere with a core of mulberry silk.
Used as a single strand, it is great for heirloom-quality lace projects. When held double, it creates a light fingering-weight yarn that is soft, warm, and cozy, with a slightly fuzzy and airy texture, ideal for scarves and shawls. It also works perfectly as a companion yarn for our pure cashmere and yak yarns, adding extra halo and softness.
